SHIPPING

Orders received by 3:00 PM Mountain Time typically ship the same or following business day, with the exception of United States Postal Service or UPS holidays. All orders will ship within 1-3 business days. 

Tracking is sent via email when an order is shipped, and a delivery confirmation email is sent when your order has been delivered.

Digital products (i.e., PDF sewing patterns) are delivered via an emailed link immediately following your purchase.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, Desert & Sea Studio invites you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. They must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Customers must contact us by visiting this page on the Desert & Sea Studio website to obtain return shipping information prior to proceeding with any returns: www.desertandseastudio.com/contact. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the aforementioned return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Digital goods (i.e., PDF sewing patterns) are not eligible for return.

Desert & Sea Studio cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
